Horrible!
This PA provider was not only rude to a family member but also completely lacked any compassion or empathy. Her lack of a thorough assessment on multiple encounters lead to poor patient outcomes for above stated family member. Due to her negligence and inability to thoroughly assess, the patient suffered needlessly for months. This provider has no business in the ER and I would definitely not recommend her to family or friends.
