I went to Reidville Road urgent care with swollen ankles. I had never had swollen ankles, I was seen by Kelly Wood who gave me a prescription for furosemide with 3 pills to take one a day for 3 days. Five days later I returned to urgent care as my ankles had become swollen again along with both my lower legs, I was concerned because of the pain in my legs. I was signed in, while I waited to be seen I laid partially on a bench to elevate my legs, within minutes my name was called, Kelly sent a women out to the waiting room to ask me what it was I thought Kelly should do for me. This took place in full view of the patients waiting to be seen, needless to say it was embarrassing to be asked questions with a audience listening. The woman who was asking questions was rude and impatient. Kelly should have spoken to me herself but most certainly not in front of other patients. This was my first time to be seen by Kelly Wood and it will be my last.

NP Wood is very rude. My child has seen her on 2 occasions and the first time I was questioning if the child might have RSV and she laughed and said that was a cold. The second time my child was seen and tested positive for RSV and she was very condescending about it. Gave a prescription for something that we had been using at home with no results. My child cried when we left and said that she didn't help
