I have been suffering with chronic hives. I have been to 3 doctors and no one could figure out what causes my hives.  Luckily, I saw Kelsey,a dermatologist,and she treated my hives and promoted health. My hives have gone for months. My experience was nothing short of horrible. Kelsey was probably the most impersonal nurse ever. She made my experience very transactional, didn’t listen to any of my concerns, brushed me off and didn’t bother to even look at my area of concern. I understand that she did schooling but she was on a high horse and didn’t address anything I came in for. I would never return to this place of business, recommend it or schedule another appointment again. To say this is a specialty Clinic is a joke, one expects an elevated experience let alone a basic check up on an area of concern. For a professional to dismiss a patient is very unsettling and one can assume your concerns aren’t being addressed, or properly being monitored.
