Kelsey Woods, APRN

My previous provider retired so I was stuck with Kelsey Woods. She seemed nice and helpful. She then told me I'd needed to get re-diagnosed for my medication, but first, I'd need to take a drug test. I told Kelsey that I would likely fail the drug test because I have been taking perfectly legal CBD supplements with trace amounts of THC. She reassured me that would not be a problem and that we would talk about that when the results came in. Instead of reaching out to me as she said, I had to reach out to her staff repeatedly to get an answer to what was going on. The assistant told me I couldn't speak with Kelsey and that I could no longer go through her for my medication. The assistant had no further answers for me. The medication is vital to my job as I have been taking it for years and it really helped me professionally. She was untruthful and inconsiderate and for that reason, I can't recommend her to ANYONE. I would have appreciated a personal call.

I had my first appointment with Kelsey today and immediately felt comfortable with her and confident that I made a good choice on my new primary care. The nurse that assisted today was amazing as well. I was truly just establishing care but Kelsey was through and wanted to get a good baseline of bloodwork and medical history. I really appreciated her bedside manner, I felt heard, and highly recommend her!

Kelsey spent the time to make sure I understood my diagnosis and treatment options. She asked for my opinions and actually listened when coming up with a plan for me. She's nice, professional, and really good at what she does.
