Telehealth
Kenatta and I talked about trying different medications for my anxiety and she didn't think it was a good idea. She prescribed me 20mg of Escitalopram for MONTHS (at least 6) and I continued to tell her I didn't feel any different and I wanted to try something else on top of a separate medication for depression and she refused. I have emails dating back to June 2023 to prove it. She put me on Melatonin (5 or 10mg) for insomnia and I STILL was waking up in the middle of the night and wasn't able to fall back asleep. We had an appointment scheduled for Friday, March 3rd and she canceled it last minute and did not follow up to reschedule. I am seeing a new psychiatrist now and I'm on Bupropion 200mg (depression), Sertraline 50mg (anxiety), and Trazadone 25mg (insomnia) and I am making more progress in WEEKS, than I was for months with Kenatta. With Trazadone, I sleep the entire night and don't wake up until my Apple Watch buzzes as the alarm.
