Useless, arrogant clinician and a nasty office
Ken Moss is rude, arrogant and thinks he is god’s gift. He actually is a very bad Accupunturist but his inflated ego makes others think he’s good. He makes his patients wait hours hours to see him during booked appointments and takes pride in the fact that they wait. I know this because he has told other clinicians this and they have told me. His support staff is vile. They act friendly and nice but they are all toxic and gossiping about you and other patients.
