Have seen Ken for mostly minor health issues for over 10 years. He's become a trusted friend and has an enormous heart, is a great listener, nonjudgmental and helpful and informed. He's candid and humble. I would prefer seeing a PA over a doctor, almost any day. To me, character is first. The ability to be calming and present. And he has these qualities. They are rare in the medical world we have now.
