Sloppy service. Spent more time out of the room than in it. Several times forgot to pay attention to timers and left me waiting for long periods of time in the exam room. Didn't review my records to see a tear in the ligament and this neglect caused more damage. I got to the point I could hardly walk. Next I went to a PT to see if they could help and they pointed out the tear in the WRITTEN report (Tsang didn't even have to review the x-ray, it was written in the report!!!) How's that for lazy!
