The nurse/assistant was not friendly, very matter of fact and did not smile at all. Kenya Holden PA was cold and didn't listen to what I was trying to tell her. She had NO EMPATHY at all. She was very matter of fact and would not listen to me. She just continued to talk AT me. I felt demeaned and discarded by her. I also noticed while waiting in the examining room that the floor was dirty. I do not ever want to see her again. The receptionists were friendly and warm.
