Kerri Mulligan is incompetent. I was in a PHP for a severe eating disorder which I’ve suffered from over 20 years. While I was eating one day, she stormed across the dining hall, approached me from behind, exploded with rage, she informed me a cheese stick is insufficient. I told her it was approved. She slammed the cheese stick on the table, screamed ‘not a dairy! Choose something else!’ Not only did this bring up trauma of abuse from childhood and adulthood but set back my progress in recovery
