Save your time, save your money, save the aggravation. Do not employ. Dr. Kevin Albert has proven to be an ineffective, lazy, arrogant, “psychologist.” I’m upset with myself that I didn’t do my due diligence and research him prior to employing him. He produces poor quality PRE reports that are devoid of any sort of insight or psychoanalysis (certain attorneys and certain judges agree). An untrained novice could replicate his reports as he merely documents what each party says. His recommendations are without thought and baffling as he does not provide the knowledge or analysis that one would expect from a psychologist. Dr. Albert charges an exorbitant premium for his services and stands behind his work no matter the numerous inaccuracies and omissions. He gets defensive with any inquires and uses his credentials as a defensive shield. I wonder after researching this man's past and all of his reviews, if he is in need of some psychoanalysis and therapy himself?

Recommended by my attorney. I would have never chosen this hack if I had known is history. His decisions are pre-disposed and he is more worried about "what's in my wallet rather than the best outcome for custody of my child. I recommend choosing ANY other therapist than this hack.

There’s the mad king. The mad queen. Then there’s the Mad Physcologist, Albert. The ending with him is a disappointment. He forgot what’s right and what’s wrong. He went to far in his family court journey and went mad. Be careful dealing with him. It’s always a coin toss. Hopefully you get the right side of you work with him. If you can and the judge allows it, choose someone more consistently righteous. There might not be a Jon Snow in real life. But I’m sure if you pick anyone else besides Albert, you will be closer to finding a righteous, humane way of dealing with your custody battle.

He doesn’t put the child’s interest first. He puts his ego first. His recommendations would have distroyed my family, my little boy. Luckily, we didn’t go with his recommendations. We were able to agree on better terms. Do not use him as a PRE and anyone that recommends him is as crooked as he is. I hope he is able to experience what he put my family through. He is suppose to help recommend a good parenting plan but instead he abuses his “power”. What an evil character.

His reviews gets deleted if it is negative. He can’t handle criticism but knows how to deliver it. My experience was awful also. I didn’t feel comfortable with him and I guess it was my instincts because he pulled some shady moves towards the end of my report. He didn’t reach out to my side of the family. He delivered his report a day before an important hearing and mind you, it was on a Sunday. He is an old man who still has it out for young people and their happiness in my opinion.

Very bad experience with Dr. Albert. Feel that his decisions were very biased and are detrimental to my family. He was chosen by the attorneys in my case and was not a PRE I had selected.

Let me first start off by saying I was the party ordered to pay the fees for Dr. Albert's PRE services. I was also the party that requested a PRE and Dr. Albert was my choice. The final decision did not turn out the way that I had hoped. With all that being said, I chose to give Dr. Albert 4 stars. He did his job. He listened to the kids, was able to sift through the hearsay and nonsense. He was fair and firm. If you need someone to listen to the kids and not the nonsense, this is the guy.
