I have been going to sessions with Scott for over 7 years. Why that long you ask? From aging parents, to their deaths, to a job that sucked the life out of me and so many more issues I will not discuss in an open forum. It's about him, he is a professional, courteous, compassionate, empathic, and understanding therapist. He will do his best to try and understand the situation so he can guide you to feeling better. He does not sugarcoat, he is clear and concise but gentle about it. I would recommend you not see him if you think you are 100% right ALL the time and not open to 'getting better' His main goal is your mental health and feeling better. If you are not willing to put a little effort into your own mental health wellness then don't waste your time or his. He is OUTSTANDING and will guide you to feeling better. If you are considering seeing him give him a chance, do not let the opinions here sway your heart. Meet him, he could change your life like he has mine.

He has made me think more about some of the choices I’ve made and if they are healthy for me. I feel better about myself every time I go.

I was new to psych meds and counseling and he told me that he "couldn't help until I got my psych meds straightened out". I say he's as good as talking to your neighbor. Don't waste your time.

Actually zero stars, and if negative starts were possible, I'd give five. Positively awful. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Disgusting smarmy attitude. First marriage counseling session turned into an hour of being talked to like a three year old, team trashed and laughed at. Not one single productive suggestion tendered and mercifully abruptly ended after the hour expired.

Review for Scott Corum I have been seeing Scott Corum for over a year now. I have found him not only to be someone who is caring, compassionate and understanding, but someone who challenges me to take the steps I need to in order to make progress. I feel safe and treated with dignity and respect when I am there. I feel I can openly disagree and discuss questions when he challenges my thinking without losing any of that. Like others, I’ve texted once or twice in a moment of crisis and he’s respo
