Dr. Kevin Dang, OD

I have always had a good experience until now I was called to confirm my appointment, I confirmed and then I showed up the next day driving 30 mins with a dying husband that needed the eye appointment just to find out they canceled it. I will never use them again. There workers are insufficient in there jobs.

I found Dr. Dang to be very personable and professional upon my first visit approximately one year ago. I have just scheduled my yearly checkup and expect nothing less than another pleasant experience.

I found the staff very nice and the doctor is great and I will be back for a third time

After using Dang eyecare for years, I made an appointment asking just for a new prescription for glasses. When I arrived for my appointment at the prescribed time; they didn't have me on the list. I was told I could set down outside in 90 degree heat and wait for them to work me in since I had not confirmed my appointment. How was I supposed to confirm when they did not contact me in any fashion to have me confirm the appointment. I guess if you don't allow them to use all of their gadgets to check your eyes (which I have done so previously) you get to set outside and wait. Guess I will find a new Eye doctor.

I have never placed a review in regards to a business before, but what this business has done to me is absolutely WRONG and I think that others need to be aware. They have HORRIBLE customer service. If this thing would let me give negative stars I would!! A year ago they performed a test and even though I contacted them numerous times for the results, I never got the results but a year later want me to pay the bill and gives results now bc they want payment. SO WRONG. Buyer BEWARE.
