Dr. Kevin Fogarty, DC

BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. Fogerty is by far the WORSE doctor I've ever come across in my life. I spent 15 years of my life working in a hospital. l sent my husband to him to have him help with some of the excruciating pain he is in. My husband is a veteran with multiple problems. He has a Traumatic Brain injury, PTSD, back, neck and hip problems. He can not answer questions because of the traumatic brain injury, this was explained to DR Fogerty and his staff when he went to see him the first time. Each time he's gone to the office they hand him a paper to fill out. He told the Doctor and the staff that he can take the paper home to his wife and she can help him fill it out or she can come to the office to fill them out. They told him NO, he has to fill them out himself. What kind of a Doctor behaves this way? Is this the way he treats a US Navy Veteran. Someone that served his country and was injured while serving his country. Because he is unable to answer questions, Dr. Fogerty refused to treat him, this is after he paid for his initial visit and the x-rays they insisted on taking of his neck and back.

Neck adjustment caused serious neck injury. Within hours after Dr Fogarty adjusted my neck, pain and stiffness set in the left side of my neck, down my back and left shoulder. By the next morning I could not straighten my head and was in terrible pain. This condition was drastically worse than any symptoms ever experienced. I returned to the office the next day and multiple days after, and after several attempts by an associate DC, the condition did not improve. Under the care of a spine MD, an MRI scan showed the disc at C5/C6 was herniated with extrusion (ruptured) and was pressing against my spinal chord. This injury stopped all normal life activities for over a year. To avoid surgery to fuse the vertebrae, I pursued alternative treatments that (after several months) relieved the symptoms enough to resume normal activities. When returning to request help with medical costs, he wouldn't acknowledge anything happened. If Dr Fogarty hurts you, you're on your own. Good Luck.

Very Professional Front Office Staff. Very Unprofessional Substitute "Doctor Rick".

Beware! I was incorrectly billed (2x what my deductible should have been). Of course, mistakes happen. However, the billing staff was clearly unhappy I was inquiring and after contacting my insurance myself I was told no one had looked into my benefits that day. The negligence of the billing staff is one thing, but their attitude when I brought it to their attention suggests something much more serious. This is a shame, as I’m told Fogarty is a good doctor. Be very careful!

Dr Fogarty is hands down the best chiropractors I have ever been treated by. His philosophy of care is one of total body wellness. His waiting room has reruns of old classics like Carol Burnett and Johnny Carson for fun entertainment, it is great to hear the laughter as you wait. In the treatment rooms there are quick power-point training's for health/wellness. Dr Fogerty's staff is knowledgeable and inviting. He has payment plans for nearly every wallet. This is Chiropractic nirvana!
