None In the two years since my second CI this audiologist wasn't able to properly mapmy new processor and destroyed the mapping of my existing implant. I had to go to a different audiologist who had no trouble whatsoever with the mapping.

I have been with Ki for 13 years and have always had a great experience in getting the right care I have needed for hearing. From profound hearing loss to near perfect hearing, with adjustments and upgrades to bi-lateral cochlear implants--if it wasn't for Ki I would not be able to hear, perform my job, live in a safer environment, communicate effectively with those around me, enjoy being in most social settings and understand people-basically enjoy a productive life. Ki's the best AUD !!!
