This was a follow-up to determine when or if to schedule shoulder replacement surgery. I have been putting this off for years and Kiet explained all the positive and negative reasons for going forward or waiting another year. He answered all of my questions with clarity and I never felt rushed.

Kiet Le has my profound trust and respect. My 2022 dominant shoulder reverse replacement is 110% fine!! I am an artist who paints large scale & an equestrian. My December 24 reverse shoulder was complicated by 30 years ago breast cancer, gluteal flap but my 3rd visit was helpful & I anticipate similar results in time. I live 3 hour drive from NEBH - always my first choice with Dr. Andrew Jawa - whom I found warm and so perfect for my shoulder resolutions.

I'm a 70 yr old woman who has lived an active farm life with horses. Arthritis began a slow decline in my abilities to lift heavy objects, and over time, the cartilage wore away leaving bone on bone. The reverse shoulder replacement was declared a good solution for me, and prep work began. Surgery was on 12-17-24 and today, on 3-10-25 I can raise my arm all the way up, can rotate outward from my elbow, and have begun reaching behind my back. Kiet Le was helpful, available, and professional in every encounter before...during...and after surgery. He listens well.

Kiet Le is professional, appears to be thorough, polite and respectful. I've never had to wait long. He has a demeaner of putting you at ease. He answers questions. The entire organization is similar, from booking appointment to check in to x-ray techs to assistants. Everyone is very professional and want to help.
