Visit was made very pleasant for me and NP made very sure I understood what she was telling me. She asked me numerous times if there was anything else I needed to discuss with her or if I had any questions. Because I was a new patient for her, the NP explained everything to me beforehand what the exam all entailed. There was nothing left for me to guess or wonder. She was so patient with me and showed genuine concern for me. Very informative visit. Thank you!

She deemed my conclusions about my condition as "undocumented" and "questionable" as I used over the counter medication first few times to manage my condition and did not have the findings "documented" by a professional. My educational background and experience offers a far better, professional understanding of diagnostic tests than most people - she got very angry when I questioned her statements about my tests performed by previous providers - she is excessively defensive about what she thinks she knows, however wrong. She did not really listen, just kept pushing directives on what should be done at home, regardless of my opinion as a patient, or however ridiculous those directives were. As the only plus, she did have a viable medical action plan going forward beyond the household nonsense that she pushed. Even with that, will definitely switch in the future to a different NP that works with my doc.
