9/23/2020 - I visited Hudson Headwaters facility in Warrensburg NY for a COVID test after having Adverse Effects after receiving a Flu vaccine shot on Friday 9/18/2020. The visit was determine if my symptoms were consistent with COVID or were due to reaction to the Flu caccine.
