Cumbersome and redundant online patient information forms. I was asked for my credit card information four times on different forms. The website is misleading as it says click to schedule an appointment but there are only forms to complete. When I finally arrived at the end of 16 pages of forms, it was disappointing to see that there was no way to schedule an appointment online. Call the office was stated at the end of the paperwork. So I called the office during business hours, and it’s an answering system. The first call cut off in the middle of my message about 30 seconds into the message. After spending a hour filling out forms and multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, I will be searching elsewhere for a provider. The misleading website coupled with multiple requests for credit card information and no way to schedule an appointment by phone is very unprofessional. Noticing another review for this provider, my experience is not unique.

Timely scheduling and have been receiving such great care from my therapist

I called to schedule an appt and the message said to use the online form. I fill out the form and get a return message. Long story short, I had 2 appointments that I was not able to go to because I would set one and they would come back with “I’m sorry that’s no longer available because we weren’t able to hold it as we needed this information from you first.” So I was instructed to call the office to schedule. I left a message and then emailed to let them know I left a message and also left my phone number. And I got no response from either. When you seek mental health and get the run around and then ghosted it’s a bad look for the company. Long story short, I called another clinic and got an appointment without any hassle. I’ve seen a lot of reviews for Kimberly Boyd that say this exact same thing. Customer service is the first thing you see when it comes to business and whoever is running theirs needs to be re trained
