4 hours total, disrespectful Dr (not Dr Brown) some other lady. She was dilating my pupils and having trouble seeing the back of my eyes so I offered to move in order to help her get A better angle since it was in a tight space and she rudely replied “ it has nothing to do with that”. What happened to respecting your client? Clearly she doesnt get it and that is unaccpetable.

Had a appointment at 4:30 got there 4:20 the paper was completed at home. Waited over two hours . Her staff was professional the doctor was great but never again.

I love this location and the staff. Dr. Brown and all her associates are warm and welcoming. The service is thorough yet quick and on point. I love this location and will be returning!

I have had the best experiences at Parkway Eye Care for years and Dr. Brown is knowledgeable, professional and friendly. My children love her.
I am impressed that they not only offer exams for glasses and contacts and have a huge selection of frames (budget to designer) but also treat serious eye conditions like glaucoma. I have referred family, friends and co workers to Parkway Eye Care and will continue to do so.

NEVER AGAIN. Dr. Brown is very rude & unprofessional. I had a 12pm appointment got there at 11:55. No one was sitting at the desk. I sat down in a room full of other patients. Waited 20mins & still no one at desk. When someone did come I then eaited another 10mins & walked up to desk & stated i was a new patient & asked if any paperworked needed to be filled out. Yes. I filled it out at the 40min waiting mark. Then I finally was called to back at 1:20pm. Young lady doing prep work was profession

Dr Brown is a wonderful eye dr with over 20 + years of experience of treating Glaucoma etc . Her staff is warm and friendly i give her ***** . HER WAIT TIME HAS IMPROVED A LOT .Shes has a wide range of name brand glasses also was so excited to get my glasses back same .

Dr. Brown's business has been long standing in our community. She's a very professional provider. Her office is very busy. However, she's not slack on diagnosis nor treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone who needs a truthful, knowledgeable eye doctor.
