First and foremost, Kim is kind. Clearly an expert in reflective listening, she genuinely cares and is even willing to add to the conversation with personal anecdotes. Dr. Carter is also willing to meet online which is so convenient.

She was called into my PCP office to talk to me after an argument with a family member and without knowing anything about my current medical issues or emotional state, decided to admit me to the local hospital's mental health ward for evaluation. She also misrepresented the truth to the hospital about my refusing to leave the doctor's office. I wouldn't recommend her at all.
