Dr Engard has stopped listening to her patients over the last couple of years -- which is a required hallmark of homeopathic treatment. She is making mistakes and not helping with symptoms. Her personal life is interfering. If I book an appointment, I would like for her to be on time and listen to me, as opposed to listening to her prattle on about personal issues and the problems of running a business in Arizona and setting up a new location in Colorado.
