Kimberly Ernst-Ganey, MED

I went to Dr. Ganey for about 2 ½ close to 3 years, she was okay I had better therapist I noticed she never wrote anything down and I noticed her attention would be other places during my sessions. She would sometimes give me good advice. The problem I had with her, and her billing department is why I decided to stop seeing her. Every time I would change employment and insurance companies her billing person would always bill the sessions incorrectly even after I provided the whole new ID card and new employer information. This last time she charged my card $200 after I asked her not to until they submitted the claim through the correct insurance company and through the correct employer. That did it for me and I will not be using her services anymore.

She plays games and eats during appointments.

Very unprofessional. She comes late and ends sessions early. Doesn't write anything down. Had many awkward silences. Very unorganized and the environment feels stale. Do not go to her, find someone else.

Extremely unprofessional. My last session she was playing solitaire on her phone as I was talking to her about my problems. I saw it when she set her phone on the table to get a paper for me. You would also think someone with her degrees would dress more professionally and not wear the same stained granny pants and sweater every week. Great person for venting if you don’t care about being tuned out so she can get a new high score in solitaire.
