Kim repeatedly failed to: 1) answer my questions about my injury 2) plan out a plan of therapy and goals 3) show that she had a good grasp and understanding of my injury. I didn't even know how long I would be in therapy, where I was at in my recovery, and what sort of timeframe I would have to be back to full strength 4) to provide guidance and advice on how to stay active during recovery 5) adequately provide instructions 6) communicate to patient when she cannot make scheduled appointment.
