Does not answer the phone or call patients back
This is currently happening to my friend: Has had "televisits" - not effective Went to the office & was prescribed a medication that was insanely expensive (and was not told that it would be so expensive - that surprise happened when she got to the pharmacy) she got it anyways because she NEEDED it, she could not breath! Used it & it actually made her condition worse. Have been trying to get ahold of the Dr. for days now, all she gets is "we're sorry, no one is currently available to take your call" - messages have been left - they don't call back. Money is getting wasted for Urgicare/ER visits - she gets a bandaid for the problem, but her condition is getting worse and nothing is being done to honestly treat her.
