Kim is a great PA. She has great understanding of the causes of illnesses, and their treatments. I went into her walk-in clinic with a very bad cold, and was told my illness was viral and to use supportive therapies to treat my symptoms. She gave me some recommendations for OTC medications which helped me tremendously. She took the time to educate me on the causes of illness. Now I won't be running to the doctor's office for every cold, and will use my pharmacist as a resource.

I had a persistently bad cough for 10 days. She took a thorough history and performed a thorough exam and prescribed medication. She was very professional.

She had to continually tell me that she was going to verify information that she was diagnosing me with another colleague. She took blood although I told her I was very fatigued, I ended up nearly passing out, she prescribed me the wrong dosage of medication after we discussed in length starting on the lowest dose.
