Dr. Kimberly Osborne, OD

I have been seeing Dr. Osborn for many years as my mother used her for years and loved her. I am thankful for her patience and kindness as I use contacts that are multi focal. She takes the time that being follow up visits to make sure that I have the right lenses. She is amazing!

I have been a patient of Dr. Osbourne for about 23 years. I have since moved but travel over an hour to see her.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Osborne for many years. She is an excellent Optometrist and has gone out of her way to take care of us. I had an eye injury a year ago and she made time to see me to determine if additional emergency treatment was required. It wasn't, and she prescribed an appropriate antibiotic. She explains herself very well and provides options for corrective lenses and other eye treatments. We highly recommend Dr. Osborne to patients needing prompt and professional eye care. Her office staff has always been excellent to work with as well. A great Optometry office!

My family has used Dr. Osborne for years and we have had nothing but amazing and compassionate care from her!! She has treated several major complications for me, my wife and children throughout the years and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing eye care!!

If I could give a negative rating I would. The Dr's office is staffed by rude and despicably unprofessional and totally incompetent buffoons. I had what amounts to the worst experience I have ever had by the disgusting office manager. The Dr always seems to be in a rush and the place is run like a puppy mill. What is present in the staff is present in the people who hired them. You just lost my business as well as my families and friends. You will regret going here so please go elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr Osborne for 15 years. She has monitored my detaching retinas and my glasses prescription far better than expensive eye surgeons I have seen. She has my utmost respect and confidence as a doctor as well as a person. I highly recommend her to all of my associates and family.

Dr. Osborne is kind, compassionate, and genuinely cares about her patients. She has been our optometrist for more than twenty years. She found an issue in my relative's eye and arranged for him to see a specialist the next day. It turned out to be cancer and the eye was removed. She saved his life through early detection.

Dr.Osborne is extremely likable and down to earth. She is very knowledgeable and eager to remedy issues. Her staff is friendly (Joaquin especially) and everything runs very efficiently when I go. I have never had to wait longer than a few minutes. I trust her with my childrens' eyesight and I most definitely recommend!

We've gone to Dr. Osborne for years and she is very personable and friendly. Even though she was busy going from patient to patient, she always spends time to have pleasant conversation before beginning the eye exam.

The initial appointment was great, and the trial contact lenses worked well. After that, her staff wouldn't call me back when they said they would. Then she made multiple mistakes on the prescription. When I asked about it, she was rude. When I returned to work after the initial appointment, I told one of my co-workers about her and what a good experience it was. I'm not sure what happened after that, but at this point I would not be willing to go to her the next time I need an eye doctor.

Rushes you through your appointment like cattle or she is just really hyper. Have been a customer for at least 5 years but this year I really noticed a decline in my vision and hoped for glasses that would really help me see better. Ran through the #4 or 5 so fast I ended up with a prescription that did not fit my needs. She honored her quality commitment but I had to pay for the new lenses as my insurance would not cover them a second time. Office waiting area is cramped and outdated..
