Kimberly Winkley, NP

Not a good experience

I made appointments with Kim for some intense pain I had been having because of my back at Bates County Memorial Hospital Outpatient Clinic. Kim was very kind and empathetic towards me, and she was very honest with me whenever she was reading my MRI results. She did her very best to try and help me resolve my pain, and I really appreciate her efforts. I also appreciate Kim and her referral for a spine specialist to help me. I have seen a couple of specialists before, but sometimes it takes a fresh pair of eyes and a little more understanding of the underlying problem to understand how to fix it properly. So my extreme gratitude goes out to Kim for sending me to a specialist that has that understanding that I needed. Kim is excellent, and you can tell that she is compassionate about her job and taking care if her patients!

I came late the they got me in anyway. Visit went well.

New to seeing Kimberly, as the NP that I had seen before is gone. Was not surprised that all went well, as every visit to this office has.

I went in for my first follow up after my ankle surgery and met with Kim. She completely understood how I was feeling and sympathized with me. She completely redirected my anxiety and made me laugh.

Quick in and out. Everyone there was very kind and pleasant.

Went in to see Kimberly Winkley about pain in my right foot. She took xrays and went over everything with me in conciliation and we are treating it with a prescription for now.

Went in for a cortisone shot in my left hand - trigger finger. Got in and out in fifteen minutes. Excellent result, super service!

Kim is always kind and willing to spend as much time as need with patients to answer any questions or concerns. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful

When I made an appointment with Bone & Joint Specialists, I requested to be seen by Kim, since she helped me before and I was very pleased. She asks the right questions and really listens to the replies. Her professionalism and friendly attitude put me at ease. I would recommend seeing Kim to anyone who needed help with bones or joints. I would give 5 stars to Kim.

She has a good bedside manner. I have only seen her once so far and really liked her

Had a follow up visit with Kim after foot surgery. She was very nice and thorough. Answered all of my questions.

I see Kim two - three times a year for various pains(mostly arthritics). She is always professional and friendly. When an injection is warranted, she does a great job with minimal pain. (except for toe joints) Always a pleasure to see her, and occasionally hear about what is happening in her life. Great person - and NP.

Kim is a compassionate and knowledgeable provider. She got me in for a last minute appointment when I was in severe pain without hesitation. I’m always treated with respect and kindness but above all Kim makes me feel like she is genuinely interested in me and my health. She’s always willing to go that extra mile to make sure I’m comfortable and understand what she’s taking the time to explain.

Kim is an amazing Nurse Practitioner. She is down to Earth and truly cares about her patient’s comfort and rehabilitation. I would highly recommend this practice and Kim, in particular. Thank you for easing my pain and helping me walk once again! Julie
