The administration for Woodinville Psychiatric Associates is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST in communication, scheduling, contactability, and, frankly, empathy, from any Doctor's office I have ever utilized. As a new patient, we waited 3 months for our first of four visits, and granted, it is in the midst of this COVID-19 shutdown...however, this office didn't have enough respect for a new patient to contact us regarding a switch to tele-medicine. Furthermore, when we arrived, the office staff was patronizing, rude, and non-empathetic. Furthermore, he made assertions that the office contacted us through email 5 times before I lost all patience with him. When asked why they didn't text or call, the only response is that they only email their patients. I returned home and searched my email inbox, and the emails that were supposedly sent to me did not exist in my inbox.
