She did not want to work with an endocrinologist or Vanderbilt. She was talking more about her diabetes and her husband’s health issues to compare. Then made my fiance more depressed with offering hospice if he didn’t want to do what he needed to do without asking why he didn’t want to take his meds. There’s too many amazing PCP options than to settle for going to someone who makes you feel like an inconvenience or burden on her workload.

She is extremely well informed and responsive. There is never a delay in responding to any requests whether for an appt or refill.

I’ve been seeing Kimi for about a year and I couldn’t ask for better care. She sits down, spends the time to make you feel like you’re her only patient. If all providers were this good, our healthcare system, and population, would be better off

Dr. Guffy has the best, most professional and friendliest staff I have ever had in my 65 years. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a pleasant hello and everyone you come in contact with throughout your visit. I highly recommend this practice.

absolutely wonderful have seen other drs for years and she is the best .very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all compassionate that's very rare with drs and she dose not rush appointment very thorough and the office staff treats you like family also the cleanest office I have been in .very thankful to have her for medical care

My husband and I were looking for a new primary care provider since ours retired. I saw Kimi's notice in the Bristol paper, and studied her website and Facebook page. We made a "meet and greet" appointment, and were very impressed with their friendliness and her obvious well-rounded knowledge. We had our "new patient" appointments yesterday, and are very comfortable that we've found our new "home." Kimi's husband is wonderful at the front desk, made us feel so welcome, and took care of all the paperwork. Mariah was very pleasant, and got our vitals, history, etc. before Kimi came in. Kimi is just wonderful! She went over our histories, answered all of our questions, and checked us over. We had had the same doctor for nearly 30 years, and were really dreading having to get used to someone new. Kimi and her staff made us feel like we'd been going there for years. We are very happy with our decision, and highly recommend this practice; believe you'd be happy there too.

A very good one over all she toke time to listen to me. She really cares about you over all and does her best to help. She goes about her job very serious to do the best she can and most doctor's don't do that no more. Thank you
