Kirit Saigal, PMHNP-BC

Says my insurance accepted so I use him once, now a month later my insurance doesn't cover and I have to pay out of pocket. So just get my credit card charge appealed and leave you a 1 star for wasting my time instead of just getting me the refund without going through that hassle.

I was assigned to Mr. Saigal when my psychiatrist left the practice. Appointments with Mr. Saigal are cold, clinical and transactional. He hasn't attempted to get to know me which is off-putting. Asks same basic questions each session without explaining why or what to look out for. He has yet to tell me his approach toward mental health, treatment, etc. I do know he has a huge issue w/ ADD medication, comparing it to cocaine. He also wasn't truthful regarding prescribing laws. He has caused hardship each month when it comes time to fill it. He notates the fill date to the day I run out, yet pharmacies are out of it constantly. It's a mad scramble to find the medication elsewhere- an unnecessary worry and disruption every month. Quite the opposite experience I've had w/ psychiatrists. ? Lastly, he refers to himself as "Doctor." I checked the Florida license site before my 1st appointment. He's not a doctor. He's a nurse practioner. This is a big red flag- it's deceptive and misleading.

Dr. Kirit is an amazing doctor! I first saw him during a horrible period of severe anxiety, insomnia and in general need of mental health care. He listened with genuine care and provided the right treatment plan for me. I have been doing and feeling great and glad I found the right doctor for my needs, I highly recommend him!

Kirit Saigal is a very professional kind easy to understand and extremely knowledgeable! He gives you the sense of security and answers all your questions! Explain things well gave me simple and appropriate choices. No wait time! He’s always make sure a I get the perfect medication ! On top of that he is a very nice person with an excellent, friendly staff! Highly recommend Kirit Saigal.

He listens to his patience and applies the situations by using cognitive exercises and medications.. This has been very helpful for me to succeed.

I've had an excellent treatment experience with Kirit. He has helped me a great deal with depression and anxiety with a combination of therapy and medication. Based on my experience and improvement, I highly recommend Kirit.
