Kirk Gautier, PA-C. is the best!! He listens. He is a no-nonsense person. My husband went through 5 derms before ending up with Kirk. My husband is not a patient man. He does not want to wait in the lobby while they do several cuttings of the basal cell cancers (which he has many) to limit the scarring. He wants one cut and be done with it. Kirk understands this and follows my husband's wishes.

This was my second visit with Kirk Gautier. He and his nurse made me feel comfortable. He explained the future surgical procedure that I will need and also let me know when I will hear back from the biopsy test. He spent an appropriate amount of time with me and did not make me feel rushed. He also recommended and over-the-counter product for my dry skin.I will definitely see him again.

Kirk straight away, saw a worrisome spot on my nose. I thought it was nothing and wasn’t worried about it at all. I came in to see him for another spot that I had but he was more concerned about the spot on my nose. Thank goodness! He said it was basal cell carcinoma, and needed attention.

This was my first time to see Kirk, as my usual dermatologist’s schedule was full and I had something that needed to be looked at quickly. As usual, there was minimal wait time to get checked in, and minimal wait time in the exam room. Dr. Gautier quickly attended to my needs and I was on my way. I would certainly recommend him.

Dr G is the best. He explains everything so well and won’t let you leave until he knows everything is crystal clear. I was also given 2 samples of a cream for a condition I thought was something else and it cleared up within 48 hours. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Kirk listened to my concerns and answered them so I understood. He is genuinely interested in what I have to say and provides the care and treatment necessary. He is professional but personable at the same time.

The entire staff is friendly and respectful. Dr. Gautier is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Wait time was longer than usual, probably due to PA training.

I had seen Gautier for a few years, and he was always concerned about this or that. I started seeing a dermatologist for skin cancer, but she went elsewhere, so I was referred to this person. He recommended plastic surgery for my nose for cosmetic reasons. I honestly would rather stay ugly than ever be this person with no integrity. My last visit ended with him prescribing something for acne, which I don't care much about acne. He made an anti-transgender 'joke' while asking if I could get pregnant since the medication could harm a fetus and I hesitantly agreed with the authoritative figure because I can't get pregnant. The medication started severe side effects and reaching out to him felt like talking to a brick wall, and I was given little guidance on how to quit and due to the lack of communication, the side effects may have gotten worse. There is no way for me without a medical license to know otherwise, but it wouldn't hurt him to listen.

Kirk is great. Down to earth, listens to your concerns and explains treatment plans. He has helped my ongoing Roscea problems better than anyone I have seen before. I definitely refer him to family and friends.

Very knowledgeable, very warm and friendly and the staff was great and very short waiting time. Excellent!

Mr. Gautier is exceptional. He is thorough and very professional, with good patient interaction as well as a sense of humor.
