We went here to get the kindergarten entry paperwork/eye test done. We had never noticed any issues with her vision. Advised my daughter start wearing glasses & to patch her eyes. I was shocked that they gave her eyesight such poor ratings & such drastic instructions. I spent hundreds getting 2nd & 3rd opinions from pediatric opthomologists, Leclear said he would refund my initial charge from his office. This was Oct2015. July2016 I received a letter from a collection agency. Do not trust!!

Did a fitting for scleral lens but closed the practice before the lens could be dispensed (within weeks). He had to know he was planning to close at the time of the fitting. He insisted on payment for the worthless fitting. In addition, the fitting was not good, resulted in discomfort and didn't make a significant improvement in vision. The cost was to have been $1000 per year and he stated he was the only dispenser in town (which was not true). Dishonest and perhaps not competent.
