I made two attempts to reach out to Ms. Schbanpour to schedule a therapy session during a time when I really needed someone to talk to and she was very unprofessional. She did not respond to my first message. After I left a second message she called me back and told my she would try to fit me in her schedule and would call me back. I never heard from her again. This is unprofessional behavior at the very least, borderline unethical.
