Awful, Frustrating Experience
Telehealth
Refused to prescribe me any antibiotics, instead insisting that I go to urgent care. It seemed like she was actually looking for reasons to NOT give them to me… First it’s because I didn’t get a receipt for my urine culture, but 20 minutes later it’s because she’s oh-so worried for me and wants me to pass me off to an urgent care. All around terrible experience that prolonged my pain.

Dealt with her through K health and was a terrible experience. I have a history of sinus infections requiring treatment with amoxicillin. She refused prescribing me anything and instead demanded I go to an urgent care or ER to be seen. AFTER happily taking my $55 of course.

Had the displeasure of dealing with her through K Health app for a outer ear infection, could not get into my doctor for a week, she kept insisting I had a reputed ear drum I did not have one, she was rude and would not listen to me, I ended up driving a hr to the closet er and what do you know outer ear infection like I said it was. If I could leave zero stars I would. Tool my money and provided zero care.

I am a relatively new patient of Krista, and would now not go to anyone else. She is extremely professional, approachable, kind, caring, and extremely thorough! I have never felt so confident in a health care provider. She took the extra time to explain to me my health condition in a way that I understood (finally) and explained to me the side effects of my medications as well as expectations I may anticipate regarding my healthcare. I highly recommend seeing her!

New to this practice, loved seeing Krista. Very personable, friendly, and explains things well. Spent over 30 minutes going over my medical issues. Solved a problem that multiple specialists couldn't figure out in 20 years. Happy to have found this practice very clean and all staff are helpful.

Had a physical performed with Krista this past month. She took the time to learn my medical conditions, answered all my questions I had, and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She is a great asset to my doctor's office, and I have already referred my friends to see her.
