She was very good, veri kind.

Wasted visit.. Waited in the room for at least 35 min part appt time. She didn't really go over anything w me.. Asked if I had questions. It was suppose to be a consult.. Shouldn't she have been giving me information to begin when I don't have any idea about the procedure to begin with.. Maybe I'll have questions after.. Didn't spent much time... But did answer questions I did have.

Doctor Hensley was very professional. Took her time to explain everything to me. Has a great demeanor. Highly recommend.

Was not happy or impressed she barely examine me, then told to me to that I would probably have to take Miralax for the rest of my life! And of course come back in 3 months for another office visit.

I had a great experience with Krista Hensley. I'm not sure what the rest of y'all are complaining about.

This P.A. and the doctors are only interested in money, getting patients in and out. Doctor Greenspan and Krista Hensley were both rude and condescending. They no interest in helping me or the fact that I was in pain. I found a new doctor who ran the necessary tests i.e. a colonoscopy and egd and found out I have gastritis from bile reflux. I've been in pain for a few years and they had no interest in finding out what was wrong. Krista Hensley even told me she had no interest in finding answers to my issues. I will never recommend her or anyone in that office to other people. Horrible beside manner is all you will get. Not how to treat and find out what's really happening. Find yourself a doctor that actually cares.

My experience with this arrogant jerk was not a good one. She is pompous and full of herself and has a terrible bedside manner. I would not refer her to anyone. She is not interested in helping people, she is interested in money. A patient is a money bag to her, and nothing more. Go somewhere else if you want to feel like you are being cared for properly.

Krista has always been easy to talk with and listens to the issues I am experiencing. She discusses all the options available to me to treat my medical issues in a way that is easy to understand and lets me make the final decision about my course of treatment. I appreciate that she is willing to start with the less invasive treatments first and makes those decisions easier feel right for me. She has always been available when medical issues flare up. I truly like her relaxed and focused attention.
