Kristin has guided me through different health issues. The latest was severe sciatica. I am largely pain free now and she set up a long term exercise program for me to follow after my regular PT visits were completed. She is supportive, professional and compassionate.

Kristen is a gifted physical therapist whose caliber of skill & sensitivity aren’t commonly found in this field. She is gentle, focused, & calm. She listens well & communicates a broad range of knowledge simply, making it easy to understand. She’s extremely good at examining the body & seeing the subtlest of misalignments. She focuses on both joint/muscle manipulation + the subtle & potent practice of craniosacral therapy. Her ability is by far the most effective I’ve ever experienced.

Kristen quickly diagnosed the source of my pain and has been treating my problems effectively. It's obvious she has a lot of experience and training. She also recommended some things I could do on my own that has been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this Physical Therapist.
