Changed appointments times without notifications many times, as if like her time is more important. I also told her many times that I didn't want to be put on certain types of medication anymore, but sadly she would put in for them again and again as if I couldn't comprehend. She refused to listen to me about my issues and symptoms for almost two years. From the beginning, when I asked her to look at genetic test, or asked if I could be sent elsewhere to be looked at and tested, she acted as if it was unheard of and asked me why, was I planning going back to school. Needless to say, Kristen was friendly on telephone, but I feel I had no say in my treatment.
