Outstanding clinical discussion; she went into depth with me on the actual imaging findings, its implications and current clinical guidelines for the proper approach for dealing with the diagnosis derived from the imaging.

She was one of the best providers I have seen at this clinic. Up to this point I was not going to return to your clinic because of the way I have been treated.

Doesn’t care.
By the time I was called back in the room, provider came and went over what to do next. Advised provider that I have the procedure already scheduled and there was no need to do what she was asking. She then said “Oh okay.” If she would’ve taken a few minutes to read the notes, she would have seen that what she has recommended, we already went over at the last visit and that the procedure was already scheduled. Provider did not care for what I had to say. She then got up as she was talking and said that she would like to respect the next patients time EVEN though she talked the whole time. Waste of time and money for me to come in. Immediately scheduled my follow up with a different provider.

When communicating with both the doctor who referred me to the GI department and the doctor who performed my endoscopy procedure, I was led to believe this appointment was to discuss ongoing symptoms, attempted treatments, and to discuss further testing/investigation that could be done to get to the root of my concerns. That is definitely not what the appointment consisted of. This provider seemed to have not taken even a moment to review my information, knew next to nothing about me or why I had been referred, and took next to no time to actually discuss my health history with me. My time with the provider was about 10 minutes, during which they dumped a prescription on me, something that could have been done without me having to take time out of my work day. I felt entirely unheard and dismissed, and I left the appointment in tears.

Does the bare minimum
She ordered a prescription that took over six weeks to get approved. I would ask her to follow up every week and she kept making excuses saying it's not her job. She refused to request it be expedited too. I ended up in the hospital for over a week because of her negligence. When I asked for a referral to competent specialist at Sanford, she refused.

I left appointments crying. She would ask me how’s tests went but never ordered them and would just laugh and say my bad even though I’m literally waking up 3-4 nights in excruciating pain. Didn’t document my symptoms correctly the way I expressed and verbalized them and in frequency in the patient portal notes. Refused to take my notes I’d been taking about myself about specific pains in my body.

Was very in and out. Didn’t listen to symptoms or document then when looking at my chart write up. Was really disappointed in level of care- seemed like she just wanted to prescribe medication without examining and ordering tests… made me not want to go back/ find a new dr.
