Kristen exudes patient centered care. I came in as a walk-in for a health screening that I had fasted for. When I attempted to check in at the electronic kiosk, I was surprised to learn that I couldn't be seen as a walk-in due to a full schedule. However, the sheet that I needed filled out encouraged me to come in as a walk-in. Kristen was fully booked yet kindly offered to see me. She empathetically and efficiently completed the health screening, all while balancing her other daily activities. I have so much gratitude for her and her kindness and patience.
