Kristen Jones, PA-C

I went into her office as a follow up from the emergency department due to an extreme fibromyalgia flare and a kidney infection. I explained to her that the medication she was trying to place me on, I had prior negative reactions to this medication and she just did not care. She talked down on me and made me feel uncomfortable. The medication she tried to place me on was an antidepressant in which I explained I was on it for years and it made be sicker than what I was. I explained to her that I went thru severe withdrawal and it made me incapable of being able to care for my child and she told me I was feeling this way at the time because I was young in age and my frontal lobe was not yet developed and I wasn’t really feeling what I was feeling. She’s basically asking me to relive the most horrid part of my life over again. She was very rude and came across confrontational. Bedside manner is horrible I’d give 0 stars if I could. I will not be returning to her at all, disgusting.

I went to Kristen following a surgery with concerns regarding some localized pain and other symptoms I was having. She ordered a full bloodwork up and when something’s came back out of range she chalked up it up as a non-issue and you can have those numbers from stubbing your toe. I then saw a different medical professional at urgent care the next week and it turned out I had a serious medical condition that required antibiotics. I wouldn’t recommend Kristen. On top of that, she gave me such attitude when I was talking to her. Request to see someone else at stoll medical.

In my experience, Physician’s Assistant Jones is ill informed, and has terrible bedside manner. I explained my symptoms to her in detail, and she refused to prescribe antibiotics, instead recommending a full blood test first. Results indicated a potential problem, but she presumed a best case scenario diagnosis. Turns out I had an infection requiring antibiotics, but had to go to an urgent care to get proper diagnosis and treatment. Don’t waste your time with her. Stoll is great, and the doctors in his office are great, just avoid P.A. Kristen Jones.

Don’t waste your time here. The way she talks to her patients in unacceptable. I left that appointment feeling worse about my sickness than before I went to see her. She did not help me whatsoever and if anything she seemed strongly like she wanted to move on to her next appointment. She gave me literally no solutions or advice. Actually made me feel worse and then she just jumped out of the meeting. I made me feel like just another sack of meat in front of her. This is the problem with some Physicians assistants is the ego. I dont know where these good reviews are coming from, if her office is buying good reviews or what but don’t believe them and don’t waste your time here. Literally any other doctor is better than her. If you want to be talked down to and made to feel stupid then feel free to go here. If I could give zero stars I would.

Kristen heard me out and listened to my concerns. When i expressed my concerns about a medication, Kristen sat and not only listened to my concerns, but explained aspects of things i was unsure of.

She may know what she is talking about but she talks down to her patients. She also made me wait 40 minutes before even entering the room. That on top of her bedside manor, you can bet I will not be seeing her again. She also said 'Nice to meet you' when I've seen her before. No thanks.

Today I had an appointment with Kristen Jones at Stoll Medical Group. I needed blood work - a great fear of mine. Kristen made me feel completely at ease and comfortable before, during and after I had it done. A terrifying experience for me was made much less traumatic through her genuine care. I would recommend her to anyone!
