Wouldn’t Reccomend
First time seeing her and I was very disappointed. I even went back for support because my prescription continues to be uncomfortable weeks later. I wish she would have at least heard what I had to say without just brushing me off as though my discomfort isn’t real. I did make a second appointment and went back in. I will have to return my glasses and pay to see a new doctor. See someone else if possible.

Extremely kind, I did not find Dr. Lamoreau rushed at all. There is a sense of urgency in the office because it is in an urban environment and is incredibly busy. She helped me with a very irritating, stubborn eye problem and now it is better!

Rushes, no patience but very interested in making me pay out of pocket for a "cleanser, not covered by your insurance, costs 30-60 $". Without my consent she provides my private info, including cell, to a web pharmacy. I am asking her to kindly cancel this order right there in her office during the visit, she does not confirm. The next day a phone call at 8 pm, web-pharmacy on my cell tells me that she put the order through. Of course she claims that she canceled when I call her back.

I am not surprised to see the one star review from a few months ago because today I had a similar experience. She was short, impatient, rude, and unprofessional. She dilated my eyes and then told me it was safe to drive. After leaving and driving I found out it was not safe to drive I could barely see a thing. She has a lot to learn about her bedside manner I did not trust her opinion. I will not be going there again or referring any of my loved ones. Overall a terrible eye exam.

My daughter and I had a horrible first visit with Dr. Lamoreau. She was impatient, unprofessional, and rude. She was incompetent in her communication skills. When I told her I was uncomfortable with how rushed she was, she said that she sees patients for contacs at 11:30 am not at 2:30 pm. She was mad at the front office staff and taking it out on us. There was no soap in the dispenser for my daughter to wash her hands. The doctor complained that she had to fill it herself.

I've been to Dr Lamoreau two times now. She is professional, but also very friendly. I've never felt rushed I get the sense that she really cares about her patients. When my contact lenses were becoming a daily issue, she quickly diagnosed the problem and I am so grateful for it!
