on my first visit to her. I just felt like she was pushing me to wear a monitor and not really going through things that I needed to know about being a diabetic new insulin. The second visit my sister confronted her on how I got turned down on my monitor. Just saying the nurses office had told us. She went off and called my sister snarky about 20 times. Blaming her physician which had nothing to do with it. I had directly called Kristen’s office and talk to her nurses. They did not have the paperwork they needed and she got nasty and said that she had it right there. She was trying to push the blame on. Somebody was very unprofessional. I have never in my sixty years been treated so rudely by a doctor.

Was a patient for over a year. Kept complaining that I was gaining weight although I was eating better, and that I was exhausted. Was advised to exercise and read some books on nutrition that she recommended. One of my last visits, I waited 45 minutes in waiting room before someone told me doc wasn't coming in that day. Long story short: an ER visit and subsequent tests with specialists revealed I had ovarian cancer that had progressed. I had to have a 15 pound tumor removed and have a bowel resection. I now have another doctor.

I love seeing Kristen. She is always attentive to my medical needs and makes sure I understand everything about the treatment(s) she recommends. The biggest thing that impresses me about her is she refuses to bow down to the insurance companies. She stands up for her patients and helps fight the insurance companies to get them to cover the treatments REGARDLESS of financial standing

I went to Dr. Lee after I got a concussion and she helped a lot with figuring out all I needed to do to get better. After that, I started going to her for other issues and she's helped a lot with any questions or concerns I may have. She's quick to explain everything and make me feel like I'm being heard. She's very understanding and kind and I'm never anxious to go see her.
