Caveat emptor: neither Parker or her nurse listened carefully to me, resulting in a misdiagnosis. My symptoms came back with a vengeance in the coming weeks and I ended up going to a different urologist! Don't waste your time or money.

Showed up 15 minutes early to appt time at 9:30 they canceled my mother-in-laws appointment. Said they would have to reschedule. So my mother in law is still in severe pain even though we were 15 minutes early. How is this even ethical or right. Cancel an appointment because the patient is early?!?!?! Is the PA standing in the room when we walk in? No!!! This office and Kristi Parker are horrible human beings and run a terrible practice.
