Dr Ademleyer is the best. She listens without interruption no matter how big or small your questions or concerns are. sha has never rushed me thru my appt with her. I always feel better when I leave her office. I hope she never leaves Carroll Health group in Mt Airy. I don’t think I could find another doctor that cares for her patients as much as she does.

Kristen Adelmeyer has been taking care of me and my husband since we moved to Mount Airy in 2018. We both really like her and her office. She is thorough and takes her time with you. She found a heart issue for me that other doctors had missed and now I am being safely followed by a cardiologist but will eventually need heart surgery. I feel very lucky that she was on top of this and picked it right up. My husband and I both like how she is a partner in our health care and does not preach tell us what to do. She helps guide us to take good care of ourselves and she is there for medical support (like medical testing and prescriptions) when needed. I highly recommend her.

I selected Kristin as my provider because of her excellent bedside manner, her willingness to learn new things as my health changes and the fact that I feel like she genuinely cares about my well-being. My case is a little complex as I have both physical and mental illnesses, but she takes both of these into consideration when treating me.

I started seeing Kristin after my previous provider left to go to a hospital. She was instrumental in advising me on some side effects of a drug I had been taking that I did not know about before. Turns out the side effects could have been fairly dangerous. I credit her with prescribing me a similarly effective medicine with none of the dangerous side effects of my previous meds. I’ve seen her twice now and she made it a point to familiarize herself with my records which I appreciate.

She was stepping in for my dr. that was out. I had a sinus infection that she treated w/ steroids & told me to rest. I did but a few days later it got worse & my Sinus Infection turned into Bronchitus (Something I get twice a year & I am very familiar with) & I called her, her attitude was awful. She basically said I can come in again but she will not give me antibiotics. She told me to to to Urgent care. She was rude & I would not recommmend her. Needless to say, Another Doc gave antibiotics.
