I could write a book I’ve been seeing Kristen for over a year she is everything she wrote about when I came across her on Psychology Today. I was desperate looking for a therapist my stars did align when I found her. She is by far the most caring therapist. She is changing the course of my life. This is the longest I’ve lasted with a therapist I’ve never connected with one. Since day one she has made a difference in my life. I would recommend her to anyone she helped me add value to my life.
