Very Impressed with my follow-up.
My appointment was a follow-up on some gastro tests that were scheduled over the past 6 months with a previous NP. I was very impressed with the office visit that included FibroScan and MRI results. Kristin was friendly, up to date with my history, and very detailed when going over the test results. She answered all of my questions and allowed me to take as much time as I needed.

No empathy. Went in with severe pain and she shamed me for being over due for a procedure. Did not care that I was in pain because she was so focused on shaming me for not doing the procedure yet. Said she would put in a prescription. She never called it in. Very cold and dismissive. It’s not the way you treat someone who is suffering.
