Disorganized and unprofessional
Telehealth
Scheduled an appointment on a Wednesday for the following week Monday. Monday comes and she is a no show. No notification, no heads up, no calls or communication of any kind. A day later she messages and says Monday was a holiday for her and she didn’t work. That’s all fine but shouldn’t you have notified me the previous week when I made the appointment!
