Awful person she completely screwed me

I was working with Kristina on a sliding scale for about 8 months, doing EMDR. I had no prior knowledge or experience about EMDR and after my first session I felt extremely anxious, ungrounded and pretty much had a panic attack. Kristina didn’t explain how it works or what I can expect & how to deal with it after our session. After a few months I noticed the pattern that she was very absent during our sessions, I was doing all the talking & I felt like a therapist myself in a sense that I had the responsibility of leading our sessions, not her. Kristina would just sit & nod her, without asking me any questions or leading our meetings. During one of the last sessions, I realized that she lost my file & had no idea of the important time line we worked on during the first sessions, that was supposed to be the main line of our work together! Then over a text she told me that she will raise her rate by almost a double- at that point I felt re-victimized my own therapist! Be aware!
