This OD was very inattentive, did not answer any questions about my glaucoma condition and actually criticized my current regiment of treatment and past surgeries, She was very opinionated and actually prescribed the wrong lense prescription for my wife as well and we found this out afte spending $1500+ on a set of glasses. I will never go back to any lenscrafters facility. This whole experience drug out 2 months and 7 visits.
